Returns and Refunds Policy

Oscar Tron is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

• Unworn and unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
• In the same condition that you received it.
• Not a final sale item or specially ordered product.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

For customers outside the country, you are still responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. Make sure to mark the package as a return to avoid additional charges.
